My wife and I went to Conicelli Toyota to purchase a 2014 FJ Cruiser last weekend. Suffice it to say, their service was outstanding. Chris Williams and Richard Basso attended to us and they were very helpful. There was no pressure at all and the experience was quite pleasant. We will have to go back to have some accessories installed and we expect nothing but the best service. Good job, Conicelli Toyota!!!

I worked with Fahd Alfi and he was nothing short of awesome! I spent 8 hours there with my fiance at the Honda dealership and Fahd took me around, brought cars out for me, really helped educate me further on the Prius and was super accommodating to all of my needs. He gave me a great deal and it was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle with Fahd and Conicelli Toyota!

Conicelli offers loans with Toyota and requires you to authorize payments directly from your checking account. that would be fine except that the payments go to some shell company who then pays them to Toyota.Toyota has no knowledge of this company who will continue to take money from your checking account even after the car is paid off. I paid my car off and then had to just about cancel my checking account to make their withdrawals stop. they owed me money for which they did not pay back and they I had a balance from Toyota. Thanks for the big rip off conicelli- don't you have enough blood money from consumers??? never again!!

I've now purchased several items on different orders (chasing P0401 error code) from Conicelli Toyota Parts Center, via their Partznet.com online presence (i'm in California).

The first couple of times, i price-compared with other online places selling original Toyota parts: Conicelli always matched or (usually) beat the others. Now, i save time and go straight to Partznet.com.

Easy ordering, good prices, items as promised, reasonable shipping time (considering the distance and my choice of least expensive shipping method)--what more could one want?

My interactions with Aaron Morgan and the rest of the staff have been minimal, but friendly and efficient when they've happened. (They do want to ensure that they're sending the correct part(s) for your vehicle so sometimes they may want to check with you before shipping.)

So far, total satisfaction and will be using them again in the future.

When I leased my car, I loved working with him so when my Grandfather wanted a new car, we headed straight for Frank and my Grandfather and I couldn't have been happier. Frank is friendly, courteous and respectful. There is no pressure and there are no questions because Frank explains everything so clearly. My daughter bought her first car from Conicelli Toyota on 8/12/2011. It is a 2009 Toyota Yaris and was the fourth car we had purchased from the Conicelli group since 2002. Troy Davis was very helpful and treated my daughter as a person and not a number. We had a small issue with the car the following Sunday when Conicelli was closed. My daughter was to report for the first day at her new job on Monday morning 200 miles away. We had to have the repairs done by Sears in King of Prussia on Sunday afternoon. I would never recommend this dealer. After going back and forth for 2 weeks via email and phone calls, I made an appointment to see and to test drive a car. I was asked to come in earlier for my appointment. The email said the car that I wanted to test drive would be ready and waiting for when I arrived. I walked in and no one was there to greet me. Finally, someone came to front desk to tell me the person I was to meet with was out sick that day. I spoke to the woman about the appointment twice that same morning to confirm the appointment. The desk person was paging for any random person to come to take care of me and of course, the promised test car was not there!!! I was ready to buy this car this day. I walked out and bought the car at Pacifico at Airport Auto mall instead! Horrible customer service. I called when I left and the woman and the owner didn't even know that the salesperson was absent that day. Poor communication! They lost an easy sale!

I went to Conicellli Honda> After getting an internet price from another dealer I was told to bring it in and Conicelli would match the price. They refused to do after I presented the written price from the other dealer. They said the other dealer was lying and that they did not even have the car on their lot, although I had driven it 2 hours earlier.Then they said the written price from the other dealer did not include a $794 delivery fee, when I pointed out that the paper stated the price included that fee, the manager became extra rude and obnoxious. I said forget it, and walked out. They were so rude and awful . Never will I go there again! Don't waste your time or your breath talking to Conicelli. Go to JL Freed. They honored the internet price quote, gave me 2000 more for my trade in than Conicelli offered and were great to deal with

They refused to do after I presented the written price from the other dealer. They said the other dealer was lying and that they did not even have the car on their lot, although I had driven it 2 hours earlier.Then they said the written price from the other dealer did not include a $794 delivery fee, when I pointed out that the paper stated the price included that fee, the manager became extra rude and obnoxious. I said forget it, and walked out. They were so rude and awful . Never will I go there again! Don't waste your time or your breath talking to Conicelli. Go to JL Freed. They honored the internet price quote, gave me 2000 more for my trade in than Conicelli offered and were great to deal with

I had a good experience with Conicelli. My salesman, Lou Feliccitti, worked up the numbers with me and we were both satisfied with what we settled on. I was happy with my payments and I got a good car out of the deal. Lou took the time to review all of the contracts with me and to explain everything, which was helpful. So, all in all, it was a good deal for me.

My daughter recently went to Conicelli Toyota to purchase a car and worked with Lou Feliccitti.
I went with her to help her with everything. I'm not a very trusting guy and car buying can be a slimy adventure.
Needless to say, I was surprised at how everything came together. Usually, I feel like I'm wheeling and dealing and fighting to get my money's worth. With my daughter's car, though, I really didn't have to bother. We worked out a fair price and she got a nice car and we went home. It was a pleasant change from the norm.

He seemed concerned about the "mistake" his salespeople had made.

We went back and dealt with another salesman and the general manager to get the car. The last decision we made was whether or not to get a sunroof. The general manager quoted us $1250 for the sunroof and I offered him $900, which he accepted. We later discovered the window sticker price (MSRP) on the sunroof was only $910, not $1250.

The general manager refused to return calls or e-mails about why we were over quoted. The manager of customer relations called me twice and each time promised to look into why we were over quoted. He never did call or e-mail back with any explanation.

We carefully researched all parts of the car purchase except the final luxury of a sunroof and that was the one place that Conicelli took advantage.

DO NOT TRUST EVEN THE MANAGERS AY CONICELLI

My wife and I went to Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken to look at and test drive a Toyota Forerunner. We took the test drive and returned the car to the dealership. I brough the dealer tag inside and gave it to the receptionist as I could not find the salesman that gave it to me.

The end result is that my wife and I, both, now have a permanent police record that lists us as SUSPECTS IN A VEHICULAR THEFT. Although we did nothing wrong and all this was caused by a Conicelli salesman, the incident is on a permanent police record and cannot be removed. By the way, we never had a permanent police record prior to this incident!

After visiting the Springfield dealer and agreeing on a price I returned with my wife to look at the vehicle. The dealer then attempted to add $1200 to the price. This was completely unacceptable. After having to negotiate the price back to the previously agreed on price, we placed a deposit on the vehicle in lieu of our mechanic checking out the car for final purchase.

At home we noticed the vehicle, which was not previously listed online for sale, was listed online after our deposit was made.

When we called to let them know we would pick up the car for our mechanic to examine it, as was previously arranged and agreed upon, the salesman was belligerent and contrite with my wife. When asking the manager for identification to lodge a complaint he was immediately hostile.

I just bought my first new car and I had an excellent experience here. The Cash for Clunkers program didn't work out due to the many rules of the program and my own personal situation but they worked with me on price and I ended up getting a sweetheart deal with a too-good-to-be-true warranty to boot. There seemed to be some miscommunication in the sales department when I would get phone calls from other salespeople after I was already working with someone, but I was VERY happy with the service. I was able to get the exact car I wanted and I can honestly say I didn't have any negative experiences here. Trust me when I tell you I went to PLENTY of other dealerships and this was the one and only where I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. It may have been the salesperson I worked with that made my experience so great because reading the reviews that are poor surprises me greatly.

We bought a car through the cash for clunkers program. They: (1) initially refused us any incentives beyond the government (wanted $9500 more than Edmunds suggested was reasonable, (2) reneged on their quoted price, did not have the car on their lot when promised (missed repeatedly by a total of 4 days), (3) took 3 days and 7 hours to work through paperwork, (4) were wrong when asked what information they needed, (5) did not check e-mail, (6) lost the keys, (7) were belligerant in negotiating the price, etc. Horrible people - can't believe people like this are still in business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere so that they do eventually go out of business.

I was treated as if I was a piece of cr**. I was completely hosed on my lease and then was given a car with NO GAS! After calling and emailing sevearl times, I had to call customer service in California to get somewhere. I never received and apology from the salesman or the sales managers. I will NEVER EVER go back there!

I ended up going to Team Toyota in Langhorne (fantastic) and dealt with professional people and bought a truck that day. They have a huge inventory and they were extremely knowledgeable.

Well .... where do I begin... I went to get a pre owned... it needed alot of work done especially leather.... I WAS TOLD that they would REDO ALL the leather... wherever it was leather they were redoing with PLUSH Leather not factory... (I WAS TOLD) so they told me that it would be a week...okay fine no problem but then called theday I was supposed to pick up and they told me possibly in two days... I wasnt too happy and then they told it everything was going to be done the next day all brand new! I come to pick it up so happy to get rid of my old car and the nightmare began. I looked to see marks and scratches all over the car, not cleaned, dog hair all over the place, food underneath seats, leather not polished and still scratched, indents inside, soda stains, and the kicker... remember when I said they told me all new leather... well they decided that it couldnt be done and wait NO ONE CALLED ME! they only did the leather back seats on where you sit... not even the top.... no even cleaned.... front seats not done... the colors didnt match up and they told me if they had done just some seats that it wouldnt look right well that is the only thing that they were right about!!! It didnt! Never in my life have I ever dealt with people that kept on blaming it on others... the detail people dont do a good job.... they couldnt get a leather kit so that is why they couldnt do al the leather... blah blah... blah! I was so livid ... i didnt know what to do..... I mean the management couldnt even explain anything to me... the General manager... Unbelievable! Hello future automobile purchasers. Be advised before going into this dealership, they use bait and switch tactics on their car sales.

I was promised a Popular package but once i bought the truck it was missing half the options i was promised. I called in to talk to a manager and was given the General Manager (currently Warren Lewis). I was shocked at the language he used when i mentioned returning the truck for a different truck. After talking to him i was given the Vice President (currently Mike Hanna)who was even worse and talked even nastier. I decided to pay this dealership another visit to see if they'd have the nerve to talk like that face to face with other customers present and guess what? They were alot different face to face. Avoid Conicelli Nissan of Conshohocken at all costs!!!!

Did you look at the truck before you bought it. I can't understand how someone could no see half the options were missing. Were the options listed on yours sales contract? The one you signed. If its not in the sales contract, you screwed yourself.

Are the missing options listed in your contract that you signed? If so, then you have a case, if not, then I agree with Robf.

Don't you know you can inspect the truck before you purchase it? You can even take it for another test drive! If the truck that they are selling you, is not what you wanted, you can get your down payment back, and leave! (May take a while on the down payment if you paid by check or cash, but you should get it back!) Next time hopefully you will know better!

it took them hours to get the paperwork done and by the time i got to actually see the car it was was 7 pm. i'm returning the car in the morning, even tho they've told me they'll tow it if i return it. I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer because they have told me i cant return it. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office as well. If u need more info on this dealer i intend to post several others complaints that im just now finding as i search online. btw be wary of any defenders of this dealership. They own at least 6 or 7 other dealerships and their family is huge. The best thing to do is avoid family run dealerships i guess.... more >>

Conicelli Nissan, over here in Norristown Pa, wanted $5000 over MSRP and non-refundable deposit of $2500. I walked right out. Waste of time! Shady people!

Went to Sloane Nissan and ordered my Track model at MSRP and $500 refundable deposit. They will even car me for a test drive when it becomes available.

hmmm, sounds like another unsatisfied customer!

Hello future automobile purchasers. Be advised before going into this dealership, they use bait and switch tactics on their car sales.

I was promised a Popular package but once i bought the truck it was missing half the options i was promised. I called in to talk to a manager and was given the General Manager (currently Warren Lewis). I was shocked at the language he used when i mentioned returning the truck for a different truck. After talking to him i was given the Vice President (currently Mike Hanna)who was even worse and talked even nastier. I decided to pay this dealership another visit to see if they'd have the nerve to talk like that face to face with other customers present and guess what? They were alot different face to face. Avoid Conicelli Nissan of Conshohocken at all costs!!!!

Did you look at the truck before you bought it. I can't understand how someone could no see half the options were missing. Were the options listed on yours sales contract? The one you signed. If its not in the sales contract, you screwed yourself.

I bought a new car from Conicelli Toyota about a year ago and had a really positive experience. You can request a quote online and Conicelli wil actually email you a quote and a reasonable one at that! The other dealership that say they'll give you a free quote won't send you a qoute at all - instead they call you and ask you a million personal questions and try to pressure you to come in. With Conicelli, there was no pressue at all. My sales associate she was patient, personable and did not play games.
