Target

Target has everything you are looking for from clothing and accessories to appliances all at reasonably low prices. I personally like to go to Target to look for items such as picture frames or other items to decorate my dorm room.

For me Target is equivalent to a great hunting expedition. I go there knowing whether I'm looking for something in particular or not I'll surely find something. I even have a game plan. First I scout the end caps-this is where I find reduced items. Then I head for home goods, outdoor furnishings, china, all hold great surprises. They have gorgeous decorative items that all co ordinate beautifully especially if you're not a gifted decorator. I generally need a few food or pharmacy items, so thats another stop Clothing works for me as well and as a Nana to 5 grandchildren I have to scout the childrens clothing area. Again there are always alluring sales there. i.e. $1 sale on Calcium, Fish Oil going on now. 90% off some summer items!!!

Another tidbit they carry Isaac Mizrahi dog clothing at reasonable prices. Cute cute cute.

A top highlight for me at Target is end of season sales. I go hog wild. They drop their prices 50% after a Holiday then go to 75% then 90%. Its positively amazing. By the time its down to 90% I've been back to the store more times than I can count.

All items are well stocked, well laid out and priced fairly. Throw in their amazing sales and Target is a must for any shopper.

Target is a great place to bargain hunt but if you're looking for service this is definitely not the place to shop. The checkout lines are generally quite long and many cashiers have a very hard time processing any coupons you may want to use. Shopping at Target has become quite a chore, which is a shame since it was such a fun spot to stop for quite a while. I still shop there for certain items because of their prices but I don't shop there as often as I used to.

Target no longer accepts any type of return without a receipt. I tried to return a Target brand with all the tags and labels on, but they wouldn't even entertain the thought of an exchange or a return. They do not allow anything to come back to their store without a receipt. This is a huge hastle.

PROS:
CONS: They have an extremely poor return policy.

Going to a party and need an outift? What about a gift? Forgot to pick up milk?

Target has all this and more! I LOVE this target because it is close to home, clean, easy to navigate and most of all because the prices can't be beat!
