Cousin theater to the Bagdad located across the Willamette, the Mission straddles the area between the NW and Pearl districts. Originally intended as an evangelical mission, in later years it became a theater and then a theater/pub, mainly featuring cult films and art films. Typical pub fare and beer and wine can be enjoyed even during the show.

It is a great way to watch a movie for $ 3 and sit back while enjoying a great microbrew. The staff here is not the friendliest, but the beer and the cheap movie make up for it.
PROS: Cheap, good food and drinks
CONS:
This is a wonderful building and they offer some food choices here that they don't at every McMenamin's theater pub, but if you go I recommend you allow plenty of time to get a good seat. The theater was apparently designed for live (i.e. three-dimensional) entertainment, and there are many seats that have bad angles for watching a flat screen.
