Rita Sinclair

I used Rita to buy my house. I found the neighborhood I wanted and the house to look at through realtor.com. She showed me the house and wrote the contract. I did not like her recommendations for contractors and mortgage brokers and when I mentioned to her a problem I had with one of the contractors she recommended she told me I should have known not to pay him all up front, which I thought was rude. I asked her about a home inspection and she told me that the person that the owner had used was who she would have used, so she recommended that I didn't need my own home inspection, which I think I should have had. All in all she did one week of work for me and got her commission and we were in title limbo for a year afterwards. I wouldn't use her again -- there are plenty of realtors in the area to choose from.

I purchased my second home with Rita and she did a wonderful job on helping me buy it. She found it and showed it to me and did all the paperwork and burgaining. I believe I even saved some money because she is pretty good at bargaining.

However, she is not the most pleasent person - I would say. She is a little rough around the edges - but she does get work done.

Rita is an amazing realtor. 80% of her business is repeat or referral based and you understand why when you work wit her. Pleasant and honest, she understood what I was looking for and was patient in the search.
