I used Dan for a remodel in a 100 year old Victorian. It had some challenging issues associated with the rehab that required a few "tricks of the trade". Dan and his assistant handled the job without a hitch. He always showed up on time and while not inexpensive is fairly priced.
And as an added bonus Dan is a very interesting guy. A woodblock artist of some talent. Make sure to have him add you to his mailing list. He has interesting shows from time to time.
