Rodeo Drive Resale

I have been shopping and selling my designer clothing with Rodeo Drive Resale for over 7 years now. I have visited several other consignment stores near Rodeo Drive Resale and they just dont compare in the quality of clothing Rodeo Drive carries. The sales staff is wonderful and the clothing is always neat, clean and organized. The best part is that everything they carry is designer while other resale shops have 90% junk and 10% designer. I would say that that Rodeo Drive Resale is by far the best resale store in California. I would say Decades comes in second as they also have top of the line designers but I do not care much for their staff and I find that they have the same clothes and bags forever. At Rodeo Drive I see new merchandise each time I go online and the staff is THE BEST. As far as selling your items with Rodeo Drive they pay quickly and fairly. This is a resale store that you can trust.

After ordering a shoulder bag online as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law to be, I was stunned to find that the bag which I puchased did not come with a duster bag as the online description had mentioned. To remedy this, I had first attempted to email customer service - to no avail. Next, I had called customer service. The person I spoke with on the other end of the line was so helpful and assured me that the rest of my order would be sent to me. After not receiving the dustbag in a couple of days as mentioned, I needed to call back and let the person know that I had not received it. Finally, after another couple of days, I received everything and had also received a follow-up email to ensure that everything got to me as needed and in time for the holidays.

PROS: Good customer service
CONS: Slow conflict resolution, consumer needs to be persistent

I shop for my wife on a regular basis, mostly on the west side for trendy items...ive been to other resale store but dont usually find too much great stuff, some I would rather not mention or step foot in again. I almost didnt stop at this one but their amazing windows drew me in and im so glad i took the chance. I cant believe the amount of high end items they carry, not only pre-owned which i couldnt even tell was worn but they have tons of new stuff too which i was really amazed about. After talking with one of their personal shoppers i found out they recieve items from neiman marcus closeouts, runway shows, overstocks and basically from everywhere you can imagine. One of my wifes favorites is Manolo Blahnik and that day I found her 3 pairs, needless to say that its become her absolute favorite place to shop. Oh yes, the manolos I bought were about $225 a pair, compare that to the $600+ i usually pay for a single pair of my wifes shoes. If youre in the los angeles area I would make my way to Sherman Oaks any way which way I could becasue you wont be sorry. Last but not least (i think its one of their most important pluses) they guarantee all their items to be 100% authentic forever and they back it up in writing, its amazing!

If you want to show all the designer stores in LA under one roof, checkou this store. They have the absolute BEST selection of authentic designer bags by Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, YSL, Chanel etc etc etc. Prices are very reasonable. All of the items they have are VERY high end designer. I shop here atleast 2 times a week and I have seen celebrities shopping there often as well a bringing in clothing for consignment.

PROS: Prices, selection, customer service, parking
CONS: absolutely non

I love a great buy, especially on fickle fashion. So resale and consignment boutiques are a fun way to shop the designer stuff. This is one of my faves because they have a superb selection of St John's Knits for more formal occasions, plus fun jeans and trendy pieces for day wear. And, there are great accessories, too!
