Super Shuttle

Overall the service is great. I have been using SuperShutle for the past two years. However, my last experience with them is still ongoing and frustrating. My travel plans had changed and I called them 8 hours in advance to cancel my pick up (their cancellation policy requires you to call them prior to 4 hours of pick up). The woman who took my call gave me her name and stated that i would get a refund within 3-5 business days. Two weeks went by and I dod not get my refund. I called them again and was given a refund reference number and told that I would get my refund in 3-5 business days. Its been three weeks since that call and a month and a half when I first called. I called again and now they want me to speak directly to the accounting department. I am waiting for them to call me back and still waiting for my refund. It seems there is a problem on the administrative side of their business. I hope to receive my refund soon and resolve this problem once and for all. I still intend to use them, as the drivers are always courteous and on time. If you have any cancellations or problems, be sure to get the first and last names of all the customer service reps you speak to avoid any potential administrative problems.

I've used the Super Shuttle several times when I needed a ride to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor. They have different charges based on your location. From my home it was only $19.00, I thought that was a good price. It saved me the hassle of getting someone to take me to the airport and picking me up. The drivers also help you take you luggage to your door.

This is a very convenient and decent priced service which depends on your distance from the airport, especially if you would rather not have to park at the airport or are making an extended trip. They pickup all over town from your home. I have used them several times and the driver has always shown up exactly when promised. It also takes the guesswork out of how early to show up at the airport. You give them the flight info, and they will tell you when they will pick you up. Drivers have been friendly, will help with baggage. Nice to meet some other travelers as well who are leaving from your same part of town. The only negative is that departing from the airport can sometimes have a long wait, and a once we were directed to one area, and then told to go somewhere else for the pickup that day. Otherwise a great experience with this company.

PROS: convenient. puctual pickup every time.
CONS: slow departures possible from airport.

If you are going out of town and don't want to leave your car at the airport you should consider this transporation service. I have had them pick me up from home and take me to the airport. The drivers are always on time and i can rely on them to be there on time if not early. The fees are around the same as other places, but I really like the comfort that they are going to get me to the airport on time to make my flight.

Great service. They will pick you up at your doorstep, and drop you back off. This is an awesome service, and it saves a lot of parking money. I highly recommend it!

The drivers are good drivers and curtious. They pick you up at your home and delivery you to the airport and at the gate of the airlines you are traveling on. They have 24 hour service. They also have service from Sky Harbor Airport to your home. Price of service depends on the area that you live in. Highly recommend.

PROS: Don't have to hassle with parking or airport traffic.
CONS: It is sometimes a longer wait to be picked up from the airport.
