I have had nothing but problems since I moved into this house 4 years ago. Every tech has "the answer" when they show up and yet no one has yet figured out the problem.
I told them for 3 years that my lines were getting water in them since every time it rained, my phones would disrupt. They finally listened last month and sure enough my phone lines were rotted due to moisture in the lines. The answer to that was don't use your jacks in the house. Plug directly into the modem and don't have a LAN line.
I have had my house rewired twice now. They told me I needed a new modem so I spent the $$ on that and that didn't fix anything! They said the phone modem was bad so that's been replaced THREE times.
Half the times the techs show up and don't have a clue why they are are even at my house. Several times the tech has been outside trying to figure out what his answer will be to me and the Cox trucks will pull up and tell him they were doing maintenance. Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing??
But this is the final straw. I asked for service records because now they don't even give you a repair order and I was told I would have to get an attorney and have my records subpoenaed.
I don't get any breaks for bundling anymore. I don't get any perks for being a loyal customer. I don't even get good customer service from them. I don't recommend them to anyone. Hello QWEST.
