Costco

This page has the wrong phone number for the Rosedale store.

It should be 852-2643. No wonder nobody answers !

I just called for pizza, got prompt service, and will be picking it up in 20 minutes.

I just tried to call customer service at Noon on a Monday and, after two tries and 30 rings per try, NO ONE ANSWERED and there was no voice mail or message to explain why no one is answering. This is really unprofessional. Costco used to be the best place to shop big box and had the best customer service available. Now it's just Wal-Mart but bigger.

I just tried again on Wed. at 10:30 AM and still no one will answer the phone. I'm sure Costco could care less but they will probably never get my business again in Bakersfield.

Yes Costco has it all under one roof. Everything that is but customer service. My biggest problem are the employees positioned at the front & exit doors. Never a hello, hi, welcome, thank-you. Twice I have had my card taken out of my hand and almost thrown back to me. A stocky young blond girl seems to stare everyone down as if to intimidate them. Its terribly rude and unprofessional. Costco used to be so much fun to go to .

There prices are higher than their competitor and the customer service is as bad as their rival. Now, even their return policy is worst then their 'evil' competition (as so many Costcoholics like to refer it). Personally, I could care less what a company's politics, how much they buy from China (they all do), or how much they pay their employees. Its business and P.R and as long as it doesn't raise prices or effect customer service (especially at checking out), its fine with me. But this isn't happening as prices and customer service are being adversely effected by the good will hype. I won't renew my membership until Costco decides to return to its core principles and forget about this do-gooder hype they want everyone to believe.

I have never witnessed a company that was so easy to deal with. I have had to return small items, such as a string of Christmas lights, and as large as a 50 inch Plasma TV. All without ANY problems. The people at the Rosedale Cosco in Bakersfield Ca. treat you as if you matter, they do everything to make you satisfied. EVERY business sould use Costco as a template for how to keep a customer for life, I will be one of many.

Costco is a huge store that you can get easily lost in. I don't mean lost as in you have no idea where you are but lost as in WOW, look at all this stuff. You could spend hours looking at all their merchandise, They have it all! I have a large household and it's important for me to buy in bulk to get the best deals as I can. Not only do they have lots of merchandise for sale, they also have a pharmacy, and a place where you can buy glasses, hearing aid center, and a place where you can buy pizza! Plus they have a gas station at the side of the store that is usually always cheaper then any other the other gas stations in the area. Since Costco is such a wonderful place, it's often busy. Try not to go during the peak hours (lunch time, weekends, and evenings) and you'll be fine. The store is always clean, the staff is usually helpful and I'd recommend this store to anyone.

I like shopping at Costco for things because it saves me a lot of money. You have to have a membership to shop here and it pays itself off if you buy a lot of things in here. The store is always busy though, it can get so crowded it's hard to walk. The store is huge but like I said there are always tons of people shopping in here, so I avoid this store especially on the weekends. The middle of the day is probably the best time to go during the week.

Costco is a great store for someone who has a business or just for a family to buy in bulk and save a lot of money. They have some great prices when buying in bulk. The only problem is finding somewhere to put everything. But they have good service, their return policy is the best. I also really like their beef jerky here, it is definatly my favorite.

Costco used to be one of my favorit stores to shop at but there employees are horrible. Ever since they gave me a problem returning something without a receipt i haven't been there since i now do all my shopping at sams club they are very friendly over there and have much better prices.

You can get extremely good deals here by purchasing in bulk. You do need a membership card to shop here which you have to pay for, but it does save tons of money in the end if you like to buy in bulk. They have a good return policy so you can return most items at anytime if they break as long as you keep the reciept. It does get very busy, but I really like shopping here.
