Bank One

First of all, Bank One has SO many problems. I think since they have merged with Chase they have forgotten how to please their customers. My accounts are always under the minimum because they have so many charges that they don't list. I don't trust my money there.

We started our Bankone account here. The gentleman was friendly and helpful, and assisted us in getting some extra perks we didn't even know about - like free Target gift cards. Later, when our joint account got frozen by a mistaken creditor, he assisted in setting up a new account for me.

PROS: Great service, great employees, weekend hours
