We had a childrens party at Chck E. Cheese's not too long ago and we were very disappointed. The store was not clean at all and there was debris and food all over the floor, tables and chairs. I mentioned this to the manager in the hopes that at least something would be cleaned up, but he told me that he was too busy to take care of it right away. So I ended up cleaning our areas myself so the kids didnt have to touch any unsanitary surfaces. Their food was very average, but the kids didnt seem to mind except to mention that some of their food was cold. Next time I want to have a kids party outside the home I will not be coming back to this store.

This place is filthy! I would rather drive the the suburbs than bring my niece and nephew to this place again. The staff is definitely not the best in town. Their food leaves much to be desired. Their games are broken and dirty and when you ask someone for help they just ignore you. Not a customer service oriented place!

If you have kids around 5 years old, this is a great place to take them during the day when you are looking to entertain them. It's cheap fun. I wish the pizza's tasted better, but the kids always seem to like it. The staff pretty much stayed out of the way, which I prefer as it lets the kids run around and play more.

Chuck E. Cheeses is the ultimate place for kids. It has so many different games and ride there. Also their tunnels are amazing, and they're even bigger than before. The prizes are really nice too.

Chuck E. Cheese use to be teh real deal,but since Gamework is here people don't go their anymore much becasue they only ahve little kid games now and its not teh same as before.

We took a group of kids here and they had a lot of fun. However, we didn't want to pay for each kid to have a soda, but the store did not have water cups. Very frustrating for the thirsty kids. This is one of the only Chuck E cheeses in Chicago, so expect it to be crowded!
