Bank of America

I have been a bank of america customer for over 5 years, and I have always loved their services. Every time I have questions, they can always find an agent to work with me.

I am neither here nor there about BOA. They charge for EVERYTHING. Which is a little bit ridiculous. The reason I stay is that they are national. They are almost everywhere.

I have used Bank of America for a few years now. I stop at the same bank almost every week to deposit my pay check. Recently (a couple of months ago) I stopped and did my deposit. To make a long sotry short the bank messed up my deposit and charged me a bunch of overdraft fees, and 2 of my credit card payments did not go through so I got charged a bunch of fees for that. In all I had about $300 in fees. I called the customer service number, the adjust all of there fees, and paid my credit card fees. But it took lots of hours on the phone and over a month to finally get it all fixed. I'm glad they took care of it, but I feel this should have never happened in the first place.
