Schwan's Ice Cream

Too much turn over with delivery drivers. too much confusion on what day your supposed to get your delivery and lack of communication from base to drivers. Absolutely no way of getting intouch with drivers unless they have thier own cell phones. which is a crock, should be company supplied. Thier employees only make 10 % of sales. Hello!!!! how inconsitant would you like your paycheck to be? its no wonder the employee turnover is so terrible.. These people bust thier humps out driving in all types of weather.. for 10%????!!!!!!!!!!

More than just ice cream, Schwan's offers a full catalog of frozen and refrigerated food items. The ice cream is fabulous though, and although it is more expensive than many of the grocery store brands, it is high quality and the delivery folks are so nice. The convenience of shopping at your door is wonderful as well.
