Nothing too exciting. Landmark has bought out every movie house in downtown Berkeley, and this is where they play their frequent 'artsie' films and documentaries. You won't find the latest blockbuster here (go down the street to UA7, Landmarks owns that one too), but rather those films that make you talk, think or feel.
And that's this places only strength, film selection. Like other movie theaters, the prices are high (matinee offered, and weekly student discount). The individual theaters are small and the seats satifactory (but not comfortable).
I'd only suggest going here if you're a Berkeley resident and too lazy to go to another theater.
