Conway

In NY it's rare to find stuff for super cheap. The Conway stores are it. The inventory really ranges, but it changes often. I would def go to this one if you are looking for any sorts of cheap clothes that are trendy and you think will not be around after this season.

PROS: Cheap, Lots of Turn over so new inventory.
CONS: Cheap, ridiculus lines during their busy hours.

Shopping at Conway's will not destroy your budget. You can find lots of great items and not spend a fortune. They have some really nice clothing that will fit into just about any wardrobe. You can buy the basics here to expand your wardrobe choices and get them for a very reasonable price. They also have housewears and many bargains can be found in that department as well. Be prepared for long lines and crowded departments, but everyone needs a bargain these days and this is the place to find them.

Now, not only do they have cute clothes here, but they have great prices on home goods. You can find housewares and other toiletries here for a better price that at your local CVS, Duane Reade, or Rite Aid. It is a little congested, and sometimes you have to squeeze through racks of clothes, but its worth it.

Okay, I probably shouldn't be revealing this, but yes, I love to shop at Conway. You can find some of the cutest shirts and pants here at AMAZINGLY cheap prices. I have this one shirt in particular that people used to compliment me on all the time--little did they know it was from Conway!!! Probably the only bad thing about this store is they do not have a fitting room...BUT you can return anything for a full refund within 30 days. If you're on a budget but do not want to dress like you're on one, I can honestly say you will be happy shopping at Conway. Some of their stuff looks just like the namebrand clothes that you will pay 10x's more for.

I've been to Conway with $20 in my pocket and walked out with an armful of clothes! Definitely the place to shop for those on a budget. The best part is, there's one on every corner!

Conway is the store for you. I browse at whatever location is close by and I can usually find a $4 shirt that I really dig. And if you ruin it, who cares? You spent $4.
