This is a hole in the wall Sears. It's not that the setup is bad, or the customer service is bad- it's just that the mall is in serious disrepair (Under construction is their favorite two words). The prices are what they are to be expected but the same can be gotten from the sears at the sears in Cupertino about 10 miles away and you can find many other things from their mall.
