I have purchased two Nissans from Hubler and have had a pretty good experience both times. I am a seasoned new car buyer and so I know all the tricks and know what to avoid. The only issue I had was with the salesman we had on our 2010 Maxima. He wouldn't give us space to discuss our decision and we finally had to tell him to go away. His Manager came over and closed the deal in 5 minutes. When I came back a week later, I was told the salesman that initially helped us was let go the same day we were in there. My wife has always been very pleased with the service department. In and out very quickly. I am shopping for a new Armada now and hope Hubler will offer the best deal

I bought a new Nissan Altima from Hubler Nissan in Greenwood, I should've known by the way the sales process started to take my business elsewhere. Two salesmen ended up arguing over who was actually the one to sell me the car when from the beginning I had asked for a 3rd salesman to be the person I worked with. I got up to leave twice before I actually got to deal with the person I wanted to from the beginning. I was happy with my car and about a year later the driver's side seatbelt locked up. I immediately drove the car to Hubler Nissan, this was the Monday before Thanksgiving. My car at the time had 12,000 miles on it. I was told that there was NOTHING they could do to help me, that the part would take 3-7 days to get to them and that was it. I explained that it was illegal for me to be driving the car and knowing that it was still under full warranty I thought they should fix it or give me a different car to drive. I also explained that I was getting ready to drive 3 hours for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. The service manager told me there was nothing he could do. Dumbfounded I left. I then took my car to Ed Martin Nissan on Shadeland, I had never before dealt with them. They were more than accommodating. They put me in a rental car and had my car back to me the next afternoon. The next Tuesday a person from Hubler called to say the part was in to fix my seatbelt. I told them that I had the car fixed at Ed Martin in 24 hours and I would never return to them for service or ever buy anything from them again. It was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I recently bought a 2007 Nissan Murano. When i test drove the vehicle it was very dirty. I bought the vehicle and had in writing to receive a full in/out detail and new rubber floor mats. I had to drive to dealership several times to drop off and pick up my new car after they supposedly cleaned it. The two times i went to pick my car back up it was still dirty. They have wasted my time and gas back and forth.They also gave me used floor mats. They gave me a car off of the lot to drive while mine was being "cleaned" and they did not put any gas in the vehicle. I spoke with the general manager and he was very unprofessional and rude. He told the lot kid to take a rag and water to my leather to get the remaining spots off,which still didnt work. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them at all. Poor customer service,the worst i have ever received from a dealership. Hopefully this will help someone out there.

I would suggest you buy a Nissan, I love mine but do not buy it from Hubler. I have never had such poor customer service with any kind of purchase much less a high dollar one like this. I had a speaker vibration problem and took it in and they said it is a design defect and there is nothing they could do. When I got the car back it had a ding in it (it was one week old at the time). Then it was recalled and they did not have the parts to fix it, so I called back once a month for the next two months and was told don't call us, we will call you. Now six months later I called them and they had the parts.

We bought our 2007 Frontier from Hubler and when we bought it they had a moonroof installed pre our request. We have had the truck back several times over the past 3 years for routine service and we were well treated. Last year the moon-roof stopped working and Hubler reset it per instructions from the installer. This year the moon-roof again malfunctioned. When we took it in we were told that they had changed their software and could not retrieve the name of the installer. After several conversations w/ the service group I was directed to the General Manager. The first time I tried to talk to him he acted like he couldn??t hear me on the phone. The second time I tried to reach him I was patched thru to someone named Rich who hung up on me. I am writing a letter to them now. I??ll let you al know how this comes out.

I recently posted my bad experience with Hubler Nissan, but I am happy to say that I went in there today and all my problems are getting fixed. So, my advice would be to get EVERYTHING in writing before leaving the lot--that way, if something goes wrong, you have written proof of what you were promised.

I have had to bring my 2006 Nissan Altima back several times for what I knew to be a tire issue. It only has 12,000 miles on it. 3 different times I brought it in and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. I took it to a different shop and they found that I have defective tires. I do not have a lot of faith in the quality of workmanship or customer service at Hubler Nissan. I feel they are not proactively seeking resolution to my issue.

This is a large Nissan dealership with a variety of new and used cars. Salespeople fairly knowledgeable and moderate pressure. Service is fairly quick too.
