They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered and more and more of these jobs are sent overseas, so they're taking US jobs away and the customer service representatives can't speak English and are very rude. They are sarcastic, unhelping, and when you ask for a manager, they lie and say there is no manager there, or he doesn't have a phone. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. I refinanced just to get away from them. They made horrible mistakes on my escrow account, lost mail--horrible. Save yourself a giant headache and find anyone else.
