They are sarcastic, unhelping, and when you ask for a manager, they lie and say there is no manager there, or he doesn't have a phone. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. I refinanced just to get away from them. They made horrible mistakes on my escrow account, lost mail--horrible.
