Coeur D' Alene Pediatrics

CD'A Pediatrics are LOUSY!!!! They over bill and under deliver!! I will no longer be taking my three kids there. We have found much better service in Spokane. I refuse to pay $108.00 to see a nurses assistant, no not a nurse, not a doctor but a nurses assistant. for 1/2 hour. That is $216.00 an hour for an 2 year student?

My son lost a cap on a Saturday and was in extreme pain. We tried calling and the dentist response was "he wasn't here, he just answered the phone because it was ringing". He then proceeded to give us the number to another dentist he said he worked with, which was actually a Chinese takeout. Poor manners, professionalism and inability to be honest. Was it too hard to say I cant help him today as I am out of the office and give us a correct number for referral?

I have been going to this place for a few months and I have some issues with the office. Every appointment they have never been on time, I can see waiting 10 minutes or even 20 minutes after, but on the average, I have been waiting 40 minutes past my appointment times for my son to be seen for routine checkups. I had only one incident of a nurse being rude and a couple issues with the billing department being disorganized. I recently moved into the area and wish there were more options for my son.

I would recommend this office in a heartbeat, and have! I would also say that I love that there are many doctors to choose from, so you can see which one fits your style more than another (which is bound to happen). They are very informed and my doctor in particular talks with me about informed choices I am making instead of just telling me what to do. The office is bright, airy and welcomes kids to come play, even if they are not feeling well.

The perdiatricians at Coeur d' Alene Pediatrics are phenominal! The personal care they acheive with each visit is like no other! They take the time to make sure they are very thorough and that you leave with all questions and concerned answered!

I have always been very impressed with the service my children have received. We always see the same doctor and she is very kind and patient with the kids. The staff, nurses, etc are all very kind and friendly and are very helpful!
