Great for evening dresses! I got 2 evening dresses from here...one in black color and teh other in mauve... amazing cuts and fitting... and at great prices too!!!

Customer service was poor today in the home store. I called to check on an item and the person on the phone didn't even go check for me. I realize that I wasn't in the store, but still I am a Penney's customer and their response impacts if I will make it unto the store or not.

I may take my purchases elsewhere.

I wish they wouldn't have so many sales and just mark things down to an everyday price.

I usually only shop here over the holidays and the store seems to be a huge mess most of the time. They do have some really good sales a couple times a year. Check out always seems slow too.
