We ordered new fixtures for each of our bathrooms (3.5) and kitchen. The total was well over $1k and was for a large variety of fixtures. We got some decent deals, as they had a sale and we got a percentage off each item. 7 days after placing our order, they 'voided' the entire order "as the item purchased has been discontinued". Which is interesting because the fixtures we ordered are still available online at the regular prices and a quick call to the manufacturer confirmed that the items had not been discontinued.
Horrible customer service!! Rude call representatives. We were told we could reorder at the regular prices, but that the sale percentage (which was offered to everyone instore and online during a holiday weekend) would not be honored. Do NOT use this company for online orders.

This place just opened up in Schaumburg recently. It is so big that it has convenient underground parking. Also, they have many people who work there. They are always willing to assist you. Their items are also very nice and always in stock!

The Great Indoors is a good store and you can find almost anything for your home. The store is really big but somtimes it is hard to find your way around it. The prices are reasonable as well, which is good.

This store is really nice. Its a huge store with tons of parking. It is really well maintained and has lots of unique items for the home. Theres plenty of sales people on the floor to help out. And there's even a coffee shop inside the store in case you need to take a short break :).

I initially went in this store to buy light fixtures. But I was so amazed to find that this store offered much more. They had all sorts of home equipment, furniture, kitchen accessories, and decoration pieces. Everything is really unique and of great quality. What I liked best about this store is that it has so many varieties of colors, styles, and designs for each item.

This store has a lot of decorating ideas and selection for people looking to do big and small home decorating projects. They have a knowledgeable staff and they have showrooms to give you decorating ideas. The store has great merchandise for all rooms in your home. They also offer a gift registry.
