Hello. Was anxious to write a review for Jason LaFlesch and LaFlesch Realty as soon as I closed on my first investment flip. I would like to thank Jason and Brandon for the hard work and effective communication throughout the process. From the day that my bid was successful to the day that I closed on the home was a total of 43 days!!! The surprising part was that there were 3 offers on my property within the first 3 days. My profit needless to say was surprising. I would recommend these guys all day long. Although, I don't want too many people knowing about what they do. :) Look forward to doing many more transactions.

I typically don't take time to write reviews but I have just been so blown away by the exceptional personal service that Jason LaFlesch and Brandon Cox provide at LaFlesch Realty and www.ailaz.com. It would be hard to find another two guys that have as much fun as they do, while being complete experts in their field. Jason and Brandon have been going above and beyond my expectations since day one. I have been working with them for almost two years and have delivered profitable results for me every single time.They consistently go the extra mile when making me money. I encourage everyone out there to get involved with these guys because they are the best at what they do. That is making people money.CheersTodd

I would recommend Jason LaFlesch and the Arizona Investment Link team to anyone and everyone. I hear about many people saying the real estate market is dead. Not true. You just need to link up with a company that knows the market. I'm glad we did. I only write this because they closed our first transaction for us when initially we thought it would be impossible. Lets talk about costa del sol and costa real in costa rica. both phases failed miserably, phase one left incomplete, phase 2 never started, developer is in hiding, and jason sold many properties. tons of money lost. these are facts. ask him about these properties, if you can find him, i am certain he will have 1000 excuses, but bottom line he was involved in the ripoff. do your research costa real in playa bejuco, costa rica.

We have done three deals with the Costa Rica Power Team and Jason LaFlesch and ALL THREE have FAILED. Don't buy the "I have done my due diligence" line or "I have timed five markets" line. Jason is NOT honest and will tell you anything to make a sale. We have lost all of our money down and the contract in Costa Rica is basically worthless.

Go to Jason's seminar. He really changed our family's lives. Jason recommended that we purchase a property in Costa Rica for investment. The property has been very profitable so far, I can't thank Jason and The Compass Property Team enough.

Buying investment property has never been so easy. It's good to know that I work with one of the most knowledgable Real Estate experts in Arizona. Jason informs his clients like no other. Incredible opportunities. Just finished one of Jason's investment seminars. Super informative. I will be attending the next seminar May 13th as well. I am already well on my way investing in local and out of state markets

I have never written a review before, however, Jason LaFlesch the owner of LaFlesch Realty is an investment genius. I am from the Bay Area Ca. originally and moved my family out to Chandler in early 1999. I do very well as a business owner for many years and wanted to get into real estate investing. I was referred to LaFlesch Realty, Jason LaFlesch specifically. I was told to go to his website initially, www.ailaz.com, which I did and was very interested in the information. Since meeting Jason, i bought 4 homes in the phx. metro area and sold them over the course of 2 years. I netted over $500k in profits!!!! Now I am purchasing 6 new builds in San Antonio TX per Jason's recommendation. I highly encourage anyone looking to invest in real estate to contact Jason and his team right away.

I worked with Jason LaFlesch, owner of LaFlesch Realty. Talk about a fun/knowledgeable guy that means business. I purchased a property in Gilbert for investment and two more out of state in Texas. He has also assisted 4 business associates in diversifying their Real Estate Portfolios as well. I found his website www.ailaz.com very helpful and full of local information. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or even sell Real Estate.
