I went to this companies location to have a window fixed...There was a sign in the door that said that they were no longer in business..They had been out of business for years..I went down the street and found another very reliable company..

I went to BJ's twice. Once I had a photoframe that I didn't want to use to show photos. It was quite large and I wanted to use it as a "window" in the bedroom where there was no winow. I asked them to put a mirror in the back of it and they did it. It looks very good and made the room lighter and was ready the next day. I also had a small hand mirror which I bought on ebay. The base was fine, but the mirror was warped and I asked them to replace it. The mirror was also bevelled. They said the cost to bevel it would be prohibitive. They said they would try to cut it to size without beveling but that it might look pretty bad. That afternoon I came back and saw it and decided it did look pretty bad and they gave it back to me and didn't charge me. They do glass cutting, etc.

PROS: Fast turnaround. Reasonable price.
CONS: I had no problem with their work, but they can't do everything.

This is a glass shop that came to our home to replace a broken window that was broken by a flying basketball. They took out the broken glass and replaced it with a dual pane glass. Very efficient and very friendly.

The moving company broke the glass door on my china hutch when they moved me into my new house, so I found this store to cut a replacement part for me. They claimed it would be ready on a specified day, but when I went to pick it up they claimed to have lost my order, even though I had pre-paid for my purchase. Not terribly dependable.
