Desert Collision Center

We took our 2003 Jeep Liberty here to have some damage repaired. They gave us an estimate and gave us a schedule for time to repair it. I called on the day they told us it would be ready to check on the status and the manager Michelle told me that whilst they were putiing it back together, the door handle broke and that they would have to order another and it would be ready the following day. My wife went to pick up the vehicle the next day and Michelle told her they had to order another part that was not in the original estimate but that she would discount the part. Then they did not give us the key (My wife had hers). When we went back Michelle told my wife she remembered giving her the key however they found it in their shop and returned it. The repair was done but Michelle's hokey explanations and the whole matter was enough that we will go elsewhere if we need further service. We were disappointed but there are many places besides this to shop for more professional quality service!
