PERFECT TEETH

My family have been at Perfect Teeth for 7 years. Dr Hymer was the ONLY dentist my son would let see him without him having a complete meltdown. My son has High functioning autism and the first dentist we tried, we couldn't get him to go into the chair. With her and her staff, he felt safe and was able to get thru cleanings over the years without any fuss. He had 8 baby root canals at Children's, Dr Hymer was great. Dr Parsons is a nice, no nonsense dentist, isn't agressive on talking you into anything you don't want. I have peridontal maintenance every other month, and the hygenist is great. Very comfortable there, I have been scared of the dentist my whole life til now. Highly recommend Dr Hymer!!!

My experience at Perfect Teeth with Dr. Parson and his staff was great. They were patient and listened to my concerns. They didn't try to rush any of the work they were doing. I had to have a root canal and a crown put on. My only negative comment would be that it seemed a little cluttered.

My son and I have been going to Perfect Teeth (AKA Gentle Dental) in Arvada for over 15 years. We have seen a lot of dentists come and go, but we have always received high quality care from the staff at 88th & Wads.

Dr Parsons and the hygienists/etc. have always been top notch. Jeremy, Heather, Leslie, Sharon are just a few of the great people. Pam and the office people are always nice and accommodating. I have had to cancel appts due to illness and they have never charged me.

I am a real person, not a staffer there. I promise.

My only issue is with insurance. Occasionally I am charged one amount when I check out, and then I later get notified that I owe more. That can be frustrating. Other than that, I am happy with Perfect Teeth.

In fact I have moved to Lakewood and still drive to Arvada for my dental care, a half an hour away. That's saying something.

I had a root canal done at this location and the dentist left part of the drill bit in my root. He said this would not be a problem. I have since had 6 procedures done on this tooth. I would definitely NOT recommend them!

went in with a problem tooth but also wanted a cleaning, after getting new dental insurance. My appointment was late, no apology, no concern for me at all. It was like being on an assembly line with as much concern, for the trillionth customer I felt like. The doctor made me feel horrible for having a bad tooth, and wouldn't discuss treatment unless I agreed to get all my work done there...including a cleaning! No antibiotics, no pain killers in the mean time...just shuffled me off to a " financial counselor" to discuss all that I wanted done. BTW they took full xrays and then wouldn't give them to me to give to a dentist I would see. The doctor was so rude, i swore at that moment even if I had a gillizon dollars...I would never be back. I ended up seeing someone else, that was pleasant and paid for my own xrays out of pocket, since my insurance was wasted at this place. Don't go and don't bother with these people.

My children, myself, and my husband see Dr. Parson's and we have had mostly wonderful service. The only problem has been the ordering of an incorrect mouth gaurd and it has been almost 5 months and it is yet to be corrected. But the dentist, hygenist, even the periodontist are great!

PROS: timley, available appts., kind,
CONS: just the above mentioned prob.

This office has called in a prescription to the wrong location so I had to have my teeth deep-cleaned with no painkillers.

They arranged a second appointment for me and gave me the appointment card. I picked up my prescription, arranged for a ride to the dentist office only to find out they had no record of my appointment and I had to reschedule, which means picking up another prescription, taking more time off work, finding a ride to the office.

My time is just as precious as the dentist's; I have had three visits there of which two appointments there, the office did not do what they said they were going to do.

Obviously, the office staff are so busy, mistakes occur frequently.

PROS:
CONS: can't trust their scheduling process; have to double check everything

DR. HYMER WITH PERFECT TEETH IS THE ONLY DENTIST WE WILL EVER GO TO AGAIN FOR OUR CHILDREN. HER AND HER ASSISTANT, LES, HAVE AN AMAZING RAPPORT WITH OUR KIDS. THEY ARE GENTLE, FUN, INFORMATIVE, AND COMICAL. THEY HAVE A WAY OF MAKING THE CHILDREN AND PARENTS ALIKE FEEL AT EASE. THEY TALK THE KIDS THROUGH WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AS WELL AS THE PARENTS, AND THEY HAVE SOMEHOW FOUND A WAY TO MAKE EVERYTHING THEY DO FUN FOR THE KIDS. TWO EXAMPLES: THEY WORKED ON MY 18 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER, DOING FILLINGS, WITHOUT TEARS. AND THEY PULLED A HALF-TOOTH (WHAT WAS LEFT) FROM MY 4-YEAR OLD SON WITH NO TEARS.
DR, HYMER IS, WITHOUT QUESTION, THE BEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST IN THE METRO AREA!
