Well I went inside, with two violins, each costing about $200, looking for a trade for a decent guitar. I gave it to the manager and allowed him to look at it, and he said they were pretty good. He said he was feeling good that day and pulled out a Classical guitar that he said was top quality and in brand new condition. I took the deal, but when I ventured home, I noticed that the guitar pegs didn't turn, the guitar went out of tune every 30 minutes even without playing it, and there were multiple nicks all over it. So knowing that the manager was a good jolly fellow by his attitude to me, I went in to trade back. He, for some reason, got overly angry, and started screaming at me "NO F*CKING REFUNDS!! GET THE F*CK OUT OF MY STORE!!" So that's my experience at this horrible music store; never go there. And if the manager is reading this, I hope he learns to be polite to his customers.
