The Dock Downtown

I had a terrible experience at the Dock Downtown. After waiting over a month for them to make my custom sofa, they delivered the wrong furniture to me twice before they admitted they had made a mistake with the order. I had to wait another two months for them to reorder and the only compensation they are offering for my time and money is 10% off of my next purchase and the delivery fee for the third time. 10% does me no good when I refuse to buy anything from them again.
