I signed up online with Comcast cable to get service when I moved to philadelphia. I never received a call back, confirmation, or anything in the mail. After waiting a while and calling them, I was told that they do not service the area I am in, yet they failed to ever tell me that. A simple phone call would have been nice.
The customer service associate was kind of rude, unapologetic and if I had another choice, I would not use comcast cable.
