Comcast Cable

I used to love my cable internet connection. It is fast as lightening. Recently when Comcast was upgrading to offer phone service though cable, my interernet connection was out. I had a guy come out (2 weeks later) only to tell me that someone else would have to come out- someone who works on outside wires. No one could tell me when they would show - other than a window of 2 weeks. I found it ridiculous that they couldn't tell me when. Someone has to tell the workers where to go when.

Finally I got service back but it's been out occassionally every couple of days. I don't know if I will ever have as good of service as I used to have. If I had another cable company to choose from I would.

I signed up online with Comcast cable to get service when I moved to philadelphia. I never received a call back, confirmation, or anything in the mail. After waiting a while and calling them, I was told that they do not service the area I am in, yet they failed to ever tell me that. A simple phone call would have been nice.

The customer service associate was kind of rude, unapologetic and if I had another choice, I would not use comcast cable.

Comcast is a terrible cable company. For many years I had comcast because there was no other option when they took over Garden State cable. Ever since they took over the service is horrid, the prices are too high and they are still going up. I switched to Satelite and I love it. I have no problems and even the CS is great. The CS at Comcast sucks. They need to clean up their act as they keep losing customers.
