Bank One

I've ben using Bank One for many years and I am quite pleased with their service. I have never had any problems with them, and now I don't even need to go into the bank at all. Online banking and ATMs take care of everything for me!

Bank One is great because you find the ATM's everywhere. They are located in Dominick's as well. I rarely deal with the workers face to face but I have gone through the drive-thru and interacted with the tellers on occasion. They don't seem to be the most knowledgable. They had me running in and out of the bank due to a check that was sent to me from Canada.

This particular branch isn't anything special. I rarely use the tellers, but when I have, they've always been nice. When I've lost my atm card in the machines, I had a few people help me that didn't quite seem to know what to do. Other than that, just your typical bank.
