Bank of America

Although all bank of America Locations are good, this particular one is the best. The manager Mark, is one of the greatest guys you will ever meet in banking industry. He would help you do you finances and also help sort out problems with Credit Card Companies and good APR on Loans too. Not to mention car finances - it is awesome

I have been with Bank of America since it started, after the merger with Fleet and I decided that I truly love it. My credit card number was stolen and the situation was controlled and fixed with incredible speed. I am very satisfied, and the customer service is always very polite and helpful.

I have an account with Bank of America because they bought out Fleet, where I used to have an account. So far, their customer service has been good, and the transition from Fleet has been smooth. I have a no fee checking account with them and have had no problems.

They never open enough lines! And they have been lying to us forever about transferring out-of-state accounts to NYC. (They told me a year ago I would be able to deposit money at ATMs. Still no go.) The fees are bad, but their ATMs are everywhere.

I have banking with this Bank since a while and have been very satisfied with the services so far.Also,becasue of the merger with fleet,they have their branches all over the city.And also,new ones keep opening around every corner.Their staff particularly at this branch is very friendly and cooperative.
I would recommend this bank to everybody.
