This is part of the huge chain of clubs. The only drawback is you usually have to pay more if you want to be able to work out in more than 1 gym. This has friendly staff, clean facilities. There's a woman walking around cleaning the equipment all the time. There's not a towel service, but the showers are clean, and not too many muscle heads staring at themselves in the mirror all the time. I enjoy working out there, and I recently began working out. It's a good place to start working out as the machines are labled by colour as to what muscle they work out.
