Mr. Vannoy made it possible for me to get a Wii in time for my husbands Birthday. He was so helpful. I had been looking since after Christmas and kept missing delivery dates, or was working and couldn't get there in time. My husband had been looking also. Mr. Vannoy sympathized with my plight and helped me out. My husband was so surprized, and we had a great Birthday! Great store! Super Manager!

Large clean store, helpful employees, decent prices, good selection. I had a problem with a product I bought at this location--though it was due to employee error and a pretty huge hassle, the manager was polite on the telephone and promptly fixed the problem.

Best Buy is one of those places where nothing really takes you by surprise. They have a good selection of products and have decent weekly sales. There's always a staff member who knows what he/she is talking about. Prices aren't any better or worse than other electronics stores. It's a reliable store that you'll come back to, but nothing about it really stands out.

Best Buy is a good bix box retailer store. This particualar store has a friendly staff, and a good selection of DVD's, CD's, appliances and computers. In addition, the sales tax is lowest in the metroplex.
