I bought a 2003 Mustang Cobra. Most dealerships in the area marked them up, as a lot of people wanted them. THEY DID NOT! They even offered the A plan if you qualified! My salesman was the best. He was honest, helpful, and seemed to really care about how I felt things went. The service was amazing! If I buy another Ford, I would ONLY go here, even if I moved far away! THE BEST!!!

I thought they had really bad service, because they took four months to get me a luggage rack. However, when I brought this up with the manager, they offered a free oil change.

I bought a Ford Tribute, because they had good service as salespeople. They were polite and let me test-drive as needed. However, after buying they took 3 months to provide the luggage rack, and didn't follow up with how happy I was.
