La Salle bank

I approached this bank about different types of savings accounts for my newborn daughter and also about college funds for her. I was passed onto about 3 different customer service representatives because no one really knew which package would be right for us. They just seemed happy to pass on some pamphlets and shoo us away without explaining them. I think they felt that if they had to explain them to us they would be made to look stupid because they have no clue on what the different types of accounts entail. But I insisted on getting someone who knew what the different types of account were about and I was treated rather rudely. I would not recomment this branch to anyone.

PROS: Good location
CONS: Rude staff who dont know much about their products.

Had a car loan with this particular bank. They were not always good about working with you when would call to try and make arrangements. some of those empoyees were rather rude.
