I've never been in a specialty food store like this, it is absolutely amazing!

The variety of legumes, breads, grains, snacks, SPICES, truffles and herbal goods which they offer cannot be counted. Please schedule over one hour to tour/visit their Lexington Avenue store which will leave you with the thought - How much can I carry?
I'm sure they probably deliver and send to anywhere in the world, they have a wonderful website but I had always thought I was a jaded New Yorker until I arrived at Kalustyans one day looking for a jar of honey, that trip lasted three hours!

The staff knows their product and they know their customers, greeting them with smiles and words of advice on their purchases.

The location is in the Indian Pak sort of section of Manhattan on the East Side, easy to get to by bus, subway, car and by foot.

Be amazed, be truly amazed and the quality of the goods, the cleanliness of the location, the professionalism of the staff. Maybe a little pricey for some items but I don't think you'll find some of these items anywhere else. Take a look!

Like wandering through the spice markets of Asia in New York City, Kalustyan's is a delight to shop at. The nuts, dried fruits, spices, etc are all top notch quality. The cashews are huge, and so very tasty! They carry products from the Middle East and even India! At the back you'll find good stainless steel kitchenware.

Located in Curry Hill, this little spice shop has amazingly good variety of quality spices and products. From wonderful good quality saffron to big delicious nuts, they have it all. As soon as you enter the store, the aromas from the spices and nuts sweeps you off your feet. It's easy to go overboard here and purchase a lot more than you need. So watch out!

This is an amazing market offering Indian spices and delicacies. My husband and I fell in love with Indian cuisine last year on our 6-week visit. We wanted to recreat some of the dishes we sampled in Dehli and Bombay. A friend told us about this unique shop.

The store is well laid out and the spice selection is out of this world!
