1 Stars: Terrible (by Barbara B.)

My god daughter was born here. After sending us home so many times because they hard no rooms. When we finally got into a room, the nurse didnt want to give an epidural or any pain medicine. I had to get a doctor to get this done. It was totally diferent then my experince at another hospital. I felt that they were overloaded, so no one got anything more then the bare minimums.

3 Stars: Not Sure What To Say (by Annie P.)

This Kaiser hospital is a little rough around the edges. The buillding's condition could be more polished, but the doctors are okay. For many members, it is only $5 to see a doctor. Once when I requested some standard routine blood tests, they looked at me like I might have leprosy. Maybe this is how they keep healthcare costs down. I think though for routine healthcare, it's really perfectly fine. I like to think that if I was in any way actually unhealthy, I would receive a bettter level of service.
