They have very good service and are quick in filling orders. I bought a single futon from them and then went back again about a year later and bought a bed frame. I still love both purchases. The staff was there to help me but no one gave me the hard sell or rushed me. So uncommon. It's kind of like new seasons over there - all the workers seem really happy and like they enjoy their work. It's a rare kind of place. My bed, by the way, is so comfortable. Posted 07/24/08 at 6:57pm Great customer service Everyone at Cotton Cloud was very helpful, both in helping me select the futon and the frame I wanted and in getting my order delivered and set up. There was a slight snafu when I went to pick up the futon (it wasn't ready, my futon had been given to another customer), but they were very apologetic and offered to deliver it to me. Everything else went fine. They were courteous and helpful in the store, on the phone and on delivery and set-up. The futon and the frame are very nice, and I'm very happy I went to Cotton Cloud.
