Thank you for your excellent customer service! I came into the store on numerous occasions and each person was attentive and knowledgeable. My husband and I love our organic futon and have been sleeping better than ever.
The Cotton Cloud Futon Company has the best selection of futons I have ever seen. Some simple and inexpensive of fancy and really expensive your choice. The staff is attentive and helpful.
Cotton Cloud has loads of futons, futon covers, bed frames, end tables, coffee tables and more. They have very good service and are quick in filling orders. I bought a single futon from them and then went back again about a year later and bought a bed frame. I still love both purchases.

This store makes futons and carries furniture that accomodates futons.Selection from inexpensive to more one of a kind.The futons are guaranteed (check into what is does guarantee).Ask lots of questions and try different kinds of futons here.Nice staff,seems to be turnover of staff at this store.Parking is ok here,Broadway is busy,try to park off the main street if nothing is in front of the store.
Cotton Cloud Futons and Furniture has a large selection of both futons and memory foam beds. There's an endless choice of fabrics and linens to dress up the bed, including "green" linens. First of all this was the first store that I felt comfortable trying the beds out in. The staff was there to help me but no one gave me the hard sell or rushed me. So uncommon. It's kind of like new seasons over there - all the workers seem really happy and like they enjoy their work. It's a rare kind of place. My bed, by the way, is so comfortable.
Everyone at Cotton Cloud was very helpful, both in helping me select the futon and the frame I wanted and in getting my order delivered and set up. There was a slight snafu when I went to pick up the futon (it wasn't ready, my futon had been given to another customer), but they were very apologetic and offered to deliver it to me. Everything else went fine. They were courteous and helpful in the store, on the phone and on delivery and set-up. The futon and the frame are very nice, and I'm very happy I went to Cotton Cloud.

Cons: Not the least expensive, but not overpriced either
