I had been told to check out the Red White and Blue thrift store by a few friends, plus read about it in Chuck Puhlanik's (sp?) book about Portland, so I had high expectations, but this thrift store totally delivered. I spent $20 and got a carload of cool stuff! I got a bike for my toddler, a cd I've been wanting, a brand new huge nice photo album, an almost new pair of Stride Right shoes, a new looking wool Banana Republic jacket, some random clothes. At the Value Village down the street from my house I never find such good deals. If you like thrifting, this is a fun place to go.
PROS: cheap! Good quality, good selection
CONS: crazy parking lot, kind of busy, cash only, no dressing rooms
