2 Stars: A thirft store that deals only in cash and has no dressing rooms (by Reena P.)

This is a thrift store that deals only in cash and has no dressing rooms and allows no returns . . . .so shop carefully. I do like the fact that they have a very fast turn over of goods but because of the cash only and no return policy (not even a store credit?) I have to give it a thumbs down. I vote for Value Village any day, which has friendlier staff members and a far better atmosphere and store policy in general

1 Stars: Scammed (by Jackie B.)

Yesterday I bought a computer keyboard for $10 there, pricey to begin with but my wireless one went out and it was an emergency. I got it home and found out it was broken. When I tried to exchange it less than 15 minutes after I bought it they refused, even with my receipt in hand!!

It used to be my favorite thrift store, I will never go there again! I ended up at Fred Meyers buying a brand new keyboard for only $15! I was totally scammed by this store!

4 Stars: Great find! (by Maddy S.)

I went to Red, White& Blue looking for an 80's outfit to wear on a themed cruise. I found a dress, shoes, earings, a bracelet, and a handbag for $12.74! Needless to say, I was happy with what I found and the prices of the items.

5 Stars: Best Deals and Great Clothes (by Barbara C.)

Friends had told me to go but I thought this was a waste of time until I went one Wed morning and walked out of there with a leather jacket, long wool coat, XC Ski jacket that was brand new, and several other almost new items for $37. I went back the next week and bough two more Liz Claiborne coats for friends.

The clothes are clean, fresh smelling, like someone put them thru the cleaners before they got to the store. Organzied by gender, type, and color. Can't beat the prices. Who would shop at anyplace else now? I am hooked on this place.

PROS: Good prices, clothes are clean and pressed
CONS: Speciality items may not be easy to find there

4 Stars: Great selection (by Karen C.)

This is a huge thrift shop. They have things organized in an easy to find manner. Their sales are sometimes hard to understand, but the sales are good! There are no public restrooms and the nearest are several stores down the street! Believe me, I know this! They keep the stuffed animals and dolls bagged up so they stay clean which is really nice.

5 Stars: Great Thrift Store (by Jessica H.)

This is the thrift store to go to. You can find brand new name brand clothing, 1st edition books, workout videos, pretty much anything you could think of, and its way cheap! They only accept cash, but they do have an ATM inside. Parking is crazy, and the store is often crowded. A lot of people buy abercrombie type clothes here to resell on ebay.

5 Stars: I drive to this side of town just for this store! (by Lori T.)

This is my favorite store. I find tons of clothes for my kids, husband and self..for pennies. Sometimes they are new with the tags still on them! Great bargains. They have a great selection of plus sized clothing also. They have styles to fit everyone.
They also have a great selection of housewares, books, toys and shoes. From the outside it looks like nothing much...but once inside..wow!
I always come home with a van full and money still in my pocket.
The only draw back is the odd parking. The best time to go is early in the morning on a week day.

PROS: Bargains Galore
CONS: tough parking, cash only

4 Stars: Can Always Score a Deal Here! (by Nadine S.)

I had been told to check out the Red White and Blue thrift store by a few friends, plus read about it in Chuck Puhlanik's (sp?) book about Portland, so I had high expectations, but this thrift store totally delivered. I spent $20 and got a carload of cool stuff! I got a bike for my toddler, a cd I've been wanting, a brand new huge nice photo album, an almost new pair of Stride Right shoes, a new looking wool Banana Republic jacket, some random clothes. At the Value Village down the street from my house I never find such good deals. If you like thrifting, this is a fun place to go.

PROS: cheap! Good quality, good selection
CONS: crazy parking lot, kind of busy, cash only, no dressing rooms
