I have dealt with Yard works for several years and I find that they are always striving to meet the needs of the customer. Landscaping and snow removal are accomplished by professional and courteous crews. The review posted by Anna B. is both misleading and unfounded. I am a Trustee of the condo association Anna and her husband belong to and the circumstance Anna eludes to was handled professionally by Yard works who tried to meet the unrealistic needs of this extremely difficult personality. I have retained Yardworks and will continue to do business with them for many years to come.

Be very careful with Yardworks. They insist upon doing all of their business over email. If there are any problems, they become defensive and refuse to adequitely communicate. Besides the fact that they are over-priced, I am 100% certain you can find better service from someone else.

Yard works is a good Landscaper and Snow removal.
They have good working employees. The staff of workers is hard working and dedicated. The price is reasonable.
However, there were sometimes during they winter months for snow removal that they fell below my expectations. The office receptionist needs some work in phone etiquette.
