I"ve called atleast 5 times to this location regarding a dog kennel nobody gives info on when the product will be in stock everybody has diffrent stories including AMY the so call STORE MANAGER she never called me back like she said she would.I would never recommend LOWES to anybody not even to purchase a nut or bolt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO TO HOME DEPOT across the street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in and out of the Allen Tx Lowes all the time. Customer service is great and I've received some very good advice and things to think about for some projects I've been working on. In fact, they offered some suggestions that made my contractor think I really knew more than I did. But they were things that I sure wouldn't have thought to ask or bring up.

Love this store. Just wish it was bigger.

An associate walked up and asked my why my brother is dressed "muslim". He said that now he is in America. Let it be known that I will never ever set my foot in another Lowe's.

Contacted a gentleman by the name of Chris. He did not find what I was looking for, but made suggestions that if I take the identical item to that of the one which was missing and check out Lamps Plus or Eliot's. I may find the item there. He was very polite and extremely helpful and is an asset to your store. I would recommend my friends going to Lowe's for their hardware needs.

Lowe's in Allen installed for us. I paid for the toilet and the $119.00for the installation. The plumber came to install the toilet and told my wife she needed to write a check to the plumbing company for $175.00 because we needed a flange. (Flanges at Lowe's are less than $20.00)I went to the store today and spoke with a manager, Tony who told me I should pay Lowe's $129.67 and he would give me back our check for $175.00. I asked how we knew we need a flange in an 8 year old house?I informed Tony and Tracy I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWE'S AGAIN!!.

Gotta love Lowes. They have everything you need for your home or where ever. Just ask one of thr extra friendly sales people and they are always glad to help. Store is big and well laid out.

Lowes is a great place for all your Home & Garden needs. Lumber, Electrical, Plumbing, Doors, Home Appliances to Outdoor needs such as Flowers & Mowers, Lowes can help. They have excellent trained people working in specific departments thoughtout the store. There is always someone to help find what you need or help make a decision or inform you on specifics of the products.
