Rubie's Costume Co.

I live in Queens and have to say that this costume store does indeed have it all! Yes, they can be pricey, I just bought a sequin Dorothy costume with the ruby glitter shoes, thigh highs and yes even toto and spent about 120 bucks. I have to say that the neighborhood where it is located looks like the ghetto and can look pretty intimidating if you go at night but the sales people are very nice and professional, not at all trashy. This store rules and I look forward to browsing their massive selection every Halloween.

This is the BEST place in the world to get a costume. They have everything everything. Its huge inside too, They also have costumes rentals, and they do have scary masks too hanging up from the ceilings. My family took me here every year to get my a costume when i was little. They also have good prices too. Nothing too too expensive. I loveee this place!!

Halloween is my favorite holiday, hands down. Beats out Christmas. And every year, I have to browse the costumes at Rubies. Rubies is world famous for their costume store, which is open not just during the fall but all year round. They have costumes for every thing imaginable. They offer rentals as well as have costumes to purchase, ranging in price from moderate to pretty expensive, depending on how detailed and well made the costumes are. The store is two floors of an astounding collection. If you have an idea of what you want to dress up as, for halloween or for any other time of the year, Rubies more than likely has that costume waiting for you! The owner is incredibly helpful.

They have all different sizes, infants, toddlers, children, tweens, teens, adults and plus sizes. They are constantly updating their selection with new pop culture costumes. It's fun just to take a peek inside even if you arn't looking to actually get anything.
