And you thought doing laundry had to be boring, well go to the Brainwash and you'll find out that doing your laundry is fun. This place has it all, washer/dryers, also a cafe, internet, live music in the afternoon, anyways. You gotta go.

What is not to like about the combination of coffee, food, companionship, and laundry! This south of Market Laundrymat can turn laundry into an event. The machines work well and are available and affordable, the coffee and food are great and it is a fun and quirky neighborhood place to hang out. Put in your laundry, order an iced coffee and lunch and sit outside in the sun.

Unique in the concept of having entainment & food at a laundromat. Good place to meet friends and get the chore done at the same time. Coffee is best!

For anyone that's ever sat at a cafe and experienced guilt over not doing something productive (like laundry) or anyone that wish they could find something to eat that didn't come out of a vending machine. There's a good number of washers and dryers, and in the other part, through a glass door is a cafe that serves salads, fries, coffee, and beer. Not really set upu well for watching your laundry, but hey.

CONS: You can't really do both at the same time.

The owners suffer from a misguided sense of the color wheel. Otherwise, decent coffee and you don't have to worry about getting your laundry stolen. Out of all the mix and match spaces in the city, it seems like this one is trying a little too hard, and thinks it's idea is a little too "cool" for its own good. I mean, it's only dirty clothes. I like to come here sometimes when I don't want to worry about my clothes being stolen.
