This is a great place to look around and try their samples of cheeses. There truly are a dizzying amount of cheeses here to try, and all I've tried are very delicious.

I've never seen so many varieties of cheese in one place at a time! Beecher's not only sells their homemade cheese, but a variety of food items as well, including sandwiches and mac and cheese. You can watch the cheese being made through a glass window, which is a pretty interesting experience. Huge selection of cheeses, one of the most interesting stores in Pike Place Market, and that's saying a lot!

Beecher's is a place that makes top quality cheese, right there behind the glass at their Pike Place location. If you like cheese, GO HERE! They have tons of specialty cheeses and can give you all the info (and more) you need for serving it and using it in cooking. They also have grilled sandwiches, super good mac and cheese (that you can also buy frozen and cook it at home = just as good!).
This is a gourmet shop, so it's pretty expensive, but worth it.
BONUS: You can go there and browse and grab a couple of FREE cheese curds from the sample dish at the front! Don't be afraid - JUST EAT!
