Zips Drycleaners

Zips is definitely less expensive than other dry cleaners, but you get what you pay for (and may end up paying more to repair or replace damaged items!) I had been warned against Zips by friends who had items damaged, but I was drawn in by the attractive price. On my second visit, however, I had a pair of pants ruined, and the management was entirely unconcerned - no reimbursement, no refund, not even an apology. I don't recommend Zips.

I was satisfed with my drycleaning the few times that I used zip. They are very reasonably priced and fast. They got the stains out, what more can I say!

I've been a devoted customer since before they changed their name from Dryclean depot. They got soy sauce out of my favorite cream shirt. They are always fast and willing to redo any outfit not done to my expectation. 24 hours at the most is my wait. If I can role out of bed and get there before 9am, it is always ready by 9pm! Highly recommend. At a $1.75 per item, it's a price that can't be beat

Super quick same day service. Prices can't be beat. They have a nice way of dealing with customers and are good about giving you realistic expectations. Parking is a nice feature.

Zips is an average dry cleaners. There service is fast on certain days. On other days you may not can get someone to answer the phone lines, perhaps because they are so busy. They are a good quality cleaners.

Zips lives up to its name: it's fast. The College Park location is conveniently located on Route 1 in the ever-growing downtown area, and it makes for a convenient drop-off before you get on the Metro in the morning. It's always fast, always cheap, and I've never had problems with damage to my clothes. Even better, it's one of the few places in downtown College Park where you can find free parking!
