If you're in a hurry and need printer ink, this little shop is not for you. However, if you're in the mood to wander around looking for the perfect resume paper and want to support a local business, stop by Hillcrest Stationers.
There are some definite drawbacks - the store is cramped, cluttered, jam-packed with various stationery and office supplies. This makes it hard to find stuff, and you have to track down one of the people who work there to ask them.
The good news is, they always know where it is!
There is a ton of cool stuff, especially if you're an arts and crafts type: origami paper, hole punches, glitter, every shade of day-glo copier paper, every kind of gel-roller pen. Definitely a good store for a 12-year-old girl who likes to take notes in different colors.
It's a pleasant change from a normal big-box retailer with those people who check your receipt when you try to leave!
