I have thousands of dollars of dental work needed so was trying to sort of "interview" dentists before starting this huge project. To check out Dr. Pullman's office I took my son for a cleaning. The hygienist (I wish I could remember her name) who met us at the desk to bring us back was rude beyond belief. I started to explain something to her and about midway through my second sentence she actually tapped her watch, then looked over at her friends behind the desk and rolled her eyes. Because we were already there and because I'm working very hard at being more tolerant of people, I finished up what I was saying real quick and allowed my son to get his xrays and cleaning. A week later when Beth called to confirm my appointment I said I wanted to confirm that I had reserved the special room they use for nitrous oxide, she responded with an unbelievable annoyed tone of voice and pretty much hung up on me. Two hours later I called to cancel my appointment. I'll have to spend about $25,000.00 on my extensive dental work and although Dr. Pullman was very, very nice, there's no way I'm spending that kind of money at a place where I can't even be treated with basic courtesy. So, Dr. Pullman gets an A+, his staff gets an F.
