This gym offers state of the art machines as well as individualized one on one training with personal trainers. What I love about it here is that it's not jam packed with tons of people, night and day. There is room to breathe and exercise and not be overwhelmed. They offer fully stocked bathrooms with showers, lockers and towels for your use. They definately offer a more personal touch to the world of working out. :)
